I am running a student version of maya In class today, we were advised to install update 4. I can’t remember installing updates 1 thru 3 either My desktop application hangs when I open it, I have tried disabling my firewall and my antivirus, running as administrator.

I’m trying to update to Update 5 of Maya Student version. The updates section on my Management page says ” There are no updates available for your Products at this time”. I know the license at least valid because I was able to install Maya and activate it with the serial number emailed to me.
